Everything you need to know about booking online and paying instore at Pick n Pay
You can visit the Ticketpro website, select your event and seats, and choose “Pay at Pick n Pay” as your payment method. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a reference code. Take this code to your nearest Pick n Pay store to make payment at the till within 48 hours.
Yes — you can visit any Pick n Pay store to book as well as pay for your Ticketpro tickets directly at the till.
After completing your payment at the store using your reference code, you’ll receive an email from Ticketpro containing your tickets. Your tickets will also be printed on your till slip.
If you booked online and selected Pay at Pick n Pay, you’ll need to visit a Pick n Pay store and complete your payment at the till. If payment isn’t made within 48 hours, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
