Refunds, Cancellations & Ticket Exchanges
Information on requesting exchanges, refunds, and handling cancelled or postponed events.
- Exchanges are not accepted within 72 hours of the event.
- Only one exchange is permitted per ticket.
- Same-day exchanges are subject to the event organiser’s discretion.
Email info@ticketpro.co.za with your ticket transaction reference in the subject line. In the body of the email, include your reason for the request and your preferred new event date.
Send the following details to info@ticketpro.co.za:
- Event name and city/area (include in the email subject line)
- Transaction/Sales Order reference number
- Bank details: Account holder name, bank name, branch code, and account number
- Bank confirmation letter (dated within the last 3 months)
- If the ticket holder and bank account names differ, written approval must be provided.
- EFT refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds are not available in-store.
- Service fees are non-refundable.
- Processes may change; it is the purchaser’s responsibility to stay informed.
